DU-RAS®

MLDUARTE offers an innovative IoT service called DU-RAS® Remote Access System. Above all, this system was developed to optimize the monitoring and remote management of systems or products.
Through this system, data is acquired in real time and then transformed into a vast range of strategic information. These insights can be easily accessed, analyzed, and monitored via the internet.
Additionally, DU-RAS® technology ensures continuous transmission and optimized visualization across different devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. This way, users benefit from centralized management, increased operational efficiency, and enhanced security in supervising their products and systems.

How It Works

To ensure efficient real-time monitoring, DU-RAS® structures and automates the entire process:

First, the system collects essential device information, including not only performance levels but also hardware status, network data, and operational details.
Next, it transmits all data to a centralized system, ensuring continuous and reliable communication.
Then, it reports normal activities according to the predefined schedule and immediately communicates any anomalies or failures in real time.
Instantly, it processes the information, monitors the data, and generates detailed reports to facilitate visualization and analysis.
Finally, when operational anomalies are detected, it automatically sends alerts to supervisors, enabling a quick and effective response.

Advantages

The implementation of the DU-RAS® remote system offers several advantages. Among the key benefits are:

24/7 continuous performance monitoring with real-time access.
Early identification of inefficiencies and failures, preventing costly repairs and extending equipment lifespan, resulting in cost reduction.
Fast and precise responses, both in identifying and swiftly resolving issues.
Intelligent monitoring, thanks to real-time data acquisition with instant alerts.
Early warnings that allow efficient planning and preventive actions.
High adaptability, with easy installation and integration into existing infrastructures or products.
Constant monitoring for risk prevention, contributing to greater safety.
Remote intervention, allowing remote monitoring and control.
